Now we were presented with a challenge: We have always spent part of our time at our vacation home in Florida, and had decided to live there while our new construction home in Louisville was completed. Jackie had gained our trust, respect, and confidence, so we asked her if she would be the project manager for our Louisville home’s construction – and take on the challenge of being our eyes and ears on the ground, while we were a thousand miles away in Florida. She agreed.

Jackie was in constant communications and we closed on a stunningly beautiful new home, just seven months after signing the contract. All surprises were pleasant ones. The project costs met the budget. Jackie managed the contractor, sub contractor, movers, and everyone else involved to get what she wanted while gaining their respect and confidence.
