The owner of a popular, upscale restaurant decided to refresh his building. He wasn’t happy with his designer and asked his general contractor for a new designer referral, who suggested Rich Interiors. After winning the business, the Rich Interiors team developed and remodeled existing floor plan, all within budgetary limits. Rich Interiors was also able to revise the previous floor layout plan to separate the bar area and dining areas with a tasteful glass partition.
They also redesigned another room for private dining, added dining capacity, and moved the entry point to another part of restaurant. Rich Interiors also selected appropriate paint, wallpaper, art, and accessories, as well as addressed a noise problem with sound panels and drapes.
