Rich Interiors was given the opportunity to help LEAP, a digital marketing agency, create a creative and functional office space that allowed for its fast growth and personality. The LEAP space was to be anything but cookie cutter, and what followed was a thorough research of new and existing office buildings. Their final decision, an empty 25-year-old facility, needed major renovation. Rich Interiors partnered with the agency owners and general contractor, which featured an eight-month demolition of the existing interior space and a total rebuild.
What resulted was oversight of an immense number of construction, budget, product, and rendering details to meet the creative concept. In the end, the client moved into a new office space of approximately 11,000 square-feet of extraordinary and innovative new office space. The agency has been very pleased. Their employees’ expectations were exceeded, and the owners’ visions of a positive work environment was successfully brought to life.
