ARGI, a very successful financial advising company, was building a new 18,000- square-foot office to accommodate its rapid growth. The structure was approximately 70% complete when the senior partner, Joe Reeves, reached out to Rich Interiors. He needed help with focusing the construction team and craved a total re-do of the interior space design concept.
After meeting with ARGI, the Rich Interiors team collaborated with the contractors and developed a detailed action plan required to meet a mandatory scheduled closing and move date.
The team was able to help assist in the completion of the building, which had ran 24 months over original delivery but scheduled to be complete in just four months. While assisting with the progress of construction, Rich Interiors was also given the task of designing interior space to reflect the company’s goals and objectives. Parallel to the construction process, the team presented a design concept to the Executive Board members at ARGI, which was well received. Consequently, Rich Interiors developed and implemented the designs and finishes that met and exceeded ARGI’s expectations.
